The Pine Box & New Belgium welcome you Into The Wild.

Join us for a night highlighting nature taking it’s course in the creation of world class Sour Beers from New Belgium Brewing paired alongside a locally sourced selection of fine cheeses.

The night will include a private tasting hosted by Lauren Woods Limbach, New Belgium Brewing’s Wood Cellar Blender & Director,  & our Head Chef, Angelica Garza.

We will begin with a pleasant palate teaser & then dive right in to our five sours + five cheese tasting menu.

This private pairing starts promptly at 6pm and will be located in our upstairs mezzanine section, which will open at 5:30pm.

From 7pm on we’ll continue the party, hanging out with Lauren and the New Belgium crew in the downstairs bar where there’s plenty more sours and food to be had!
