It's finally summer & what's better than grilled oysters in the beer garden? Grilled oysters from our friends at Taylor Shellfish! They will be grilling their own NOLA recipe with the freshest of the fresh oysters in our very own Bruce Lee Beer Garden. We'll be serving em up with grilled baguette from Essential Baking & have plenty of delicious bevies to drink along side like our new draft cocktail featuring in-house hop infused lillet blanc, dry vermouth, grapefruit, & tonic water. The Goat - 4.7%
Foudre Aged Rustic Brett Saison
The Goat is a rustic farmhouse ale brewed with barley, rye, oats and wheat and fermented with a mixed culture in an oak foudre, where it continued to age for 3 months. Soft, dry and funky with a very mild acidity and strong minerality, The Goat is a balanced classic saison with notes of rye, vanilla, fruit and oak. Refermented in the keg with Brettanomyces.

Covenant - 4.7%
Barrel Fermented Saison
Covenant is a rotating mixed fermentation Saison brewed with pilsner malt and wheat, and fermented in oak puncheons. This batch was hopped with Comet and Simcoe.

Demonteller - 5.1%
Saison Fermented in Oak
A mixed culture Saison hopped with Galaxy and Mosaic. Demonteller was fermented and aged in one of our foudres, creating a delicate oak character that balances out a subtle acidity.

Blood Harmony - 5.7%
Tired Hand Collaboration
A brand new beer brewed in collaboration with our friends and brothers @tiredhandsbrewing Blood Harmony was brewed with Francin Pale malt, flaked and malted Triticale, and fresh Comet hops in the mash tun. It was fermented cool in freshly emptied @jbneufeldwine wine barrels, where it continued to condition for a number of weeks. It was then racked into another set of former wine barrels for a secondary fermentation with a blended mixed-culture strain from Tired Hands, then keg-conditioned with Brettanomyces.
